The Court adopts this rule in accordance with Code of Civil
Procedure 1010.6. CRC 2.250 et seq. are incorporated into this rule.

C. COMPLEX LITIGATION
All actions classified as provisionally complex pursuant to
CRC 3.400(c) must be electronically filed and served. The Complex Litigation
Judge will decide as soon as reasonably practicable, with or without a
hearing, whether the action is Complex Litigation. All actions classified by
the Complex Litigation Judge as Complex Litigation are subject to the
Court's Electronic Filing and Service Standing Order unless exempted by
order of the Complex Litigation Judge for good cause. The Electronic Filing
and Service Standing Order is published in electronic format on the Court's
Website address: http://www.scefiling.org
and is available at the Old
Courthouse and the
Downtown Superior
Court.
D. OTHER ACTIONS
The Court does not permit electronic filing or
electronic service in other actions unless ordered by the
Court.
