Proposed Local Rules for January 1, 2011

Proposed changes to the Local Rules of Court and Local Form Attachments have been posted on the Proposed Rules page. Public comment on the proposed changes is invited. The 45-day comment period will end on September 1, 2010.

Parties and attorneys must comply and be familiar with these Local Rules, which are designed to help the Court and parties resolve cases promptly and efficiently.
